Welcome to Brost Law, a professional corporation, conveniently located on the Westside of Olympia; and serving Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor and Lewis counties.  We successfully help people solve Family Law problems, including: divorce, custody (including non-parental or third party), child support, maintenance/alimony, adoption, paternity, domestic partnership, and same sex relationship issues.  We also handle family law related appeals in both the Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court.

Ms. Brost started her professional career in nursing, and continued to military social work. She has worked as a family counselor, drug/alcohol specialist, and Guardian ad Litem. With over 19 years of experience as a family law attorney, she is an experienced litigator of cases involving significant assets and/or serious allegations of abuse. She utilizes her broad base of knowledge and experience to obtain successful outcomes for her clients and their families.

Mr. Blair began his career as a minister.  His legal career spans more than 25 years, and includes a practice in Kentucky and Illinois.  He uses his broad knowledge to solve problems and settle cases, often without extensive court hearings.
